Key Areas of Responsibility: a)Support NFTP implementation b)Standardize the process c)Improve automation level for daily BAU, support FTHR % improvement project d)Perform Bank Account reconciliation and posting. e)Follow-up on open items in bank account reconciliation f)Monitoring and controlling of bank accounts reconciliation of countries/liner. g)Support team manager to prepare the general management reporting & other adhoc reporting Ensure updated knowledge on APMM accounting principles, Finance manager’s manual, local accounting as applicable
Knowledge & Qualifications:
a)At least 1 years of experience in Finance and Accounting processes b)Sound knowledge in accounting & reporting tasks c)Computer literate (Windows) & Strong MS Excel skills d)Good communication skills (English) – Fluent Oral & Written e)Analytical & Problem Solving ability for trouble shooting f)Update on all new developments within the process & local GAAP
