DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Understand VOC (voice of customer) and Good at POV transferring.
2. Participate project scope / vision development in early phase.
3. Proactively lead project team to execute the project aligned with project scope and launch the product into plant successfully based on project vision
4. Hold accountability of project and support project team accountability
5. Flexibility to manage the project risks and issues
6. Knowledge sharing with different function team and global team
7. Maintain good communication among project team members, departments, and customers.
8. Maintain program cost reporting against budget.
9. Participate in trainings, actively reporting and timely escalation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. University graduated with engineering background
2. At least 3years work experience
3. At least 1 year’s work experience in project management
4. Be familiar with Microsoft Office: Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
5. Agility for changes, good attitude for changes and always keep learning
6. Great cross function communication skill
7. Good at English listening, reading, speaking and written
8. Good at organizing and analysis
9. Willing to challenge and good at stress management
