PRIMARY PURPOSE: 1.Quality planning of products development. Plan and control products quality from beginning of projects initiation to mass production; ensure products deliver to production smoothly.
2.Identify/evaluate/execute customer requirements to improve the quality of new product development and enhance customer’s satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. New product advance quality planning, develop production process quality control documents (CP, SIP), as well as train the QC/operators on product quality requirements.
2.Identify and resolve quality issues that happened during development to improve the quality performance of new products. (Process abnormity resolving/8D/Process Audit)
3.Verify that the product and process meet the design requirements, complete Qualification plan, Measurement plan.
4.Review customer quality requirements, communicate with customers to get the agreement. PPAP submission and push customer approval. Lead internal and external audits and process customer approval.
5.Plan and fabricate gauge for inspection, and MSA validation.
6.Supplier development and validation, supplier PPAP package reviewing and approval.
7.Organize and plan Safe launch, and implementation, evaluation, and improvement.

SCOPE: AQP engineer should execute jobs described in “duties & responsibilities” independently.
Responsible for the General and medium difficulty new product development work.

EDUCATION:
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree of engineering mechanical
PREFERRED: Mechanical & Electronics

WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED: 3-5years working experience in quality control. Such as SQE, PQE, Design QE.
PREFERRED: 1. Now product development working experience in automotive industry.
2. Molding, stamping, plating, assembly, SMT, electric component working experience preferred.


SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED: 1. Have quality Awareness and know the quality tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control plan, PPAP etc.)
2. Proficiency with ERP/SAP, MS Office, MS Mail and Internet.
3. Clear logical thinking, good communication skills, flexibility and resilience.
4. Positive work attitude, compression, and teamwork ability.
5. Good adaptability and learning ability.
6. Good listening & oral & writing English skills with global team & customer.
7. Read, analyzes, and interprets general professional documents, or technical specifications.
8. Possess problem-solving skills.
9. Good communication with project team member & customer.
PREFERRED: 1. Understanding of TS16949 or equivalent (VDA6.3).
2. Leadership skills to lead teams to solve problems.
3. Knowledge of GD&T skills, measurement (CMM, OGP, TM……).
4. Knowledge of APQP for new product development.
