工作职责 Job Description The Manager will support the Procure-to-Pay(P2P) implementation which is a Global initiative to provide a standardized workflow involving purchase orders, goods receipt, invoicing and payment for purchases from 3rd party vendors. The incumbent will finalize and requirements gathering and oversee the deployment of P2P across the finance function in our Asia business units between 2024-2025. The role directly reports to Manager, Asia Finance Transformation in MBPS and dotted line reports to Director, Asia Finance Process Optimization.
Role and Responsibilities 61 Support the Finance workstream for P2P requirements finalization and deployment for in-scope Asia business units in the coming 12 months 61 Working closely with different teams including Asia Business Unit Controllers, Procurement and the Global P2P Project team for a successful launch of the solution in our Asia business units per plan 61 Collect feedback from Asia business units post launch of phases gone live to improve the P2P set up for launch of future phases 61 Provide regular status update to project sponsors and stakeholders 61 Identify and manage risk that may jeopardize the implementation and deployment of the P2P initiative 61 Actively engage in change management activities including change impact analysis, stakeholder communications, training and achieve high adoption rate of new P2P processes 任职资格 Qualifications 61 University graduated in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines 61 CPA holder or equivalent a plus 61 Minimum 5 years of experience working in areas of Accounting, Finance and/or Procure to Pay preferably within insurance, banking or financial institutions 61 Experience supporting large, cross-functional, organization-wide process transformations, digital literacy preferred 61 In-depth understanding of Manulife Finance processes and systems and knowledge on P2P tools is a strong plus 61 Highly organized with an ability to work in a fast-paced, multi stakeholder environment and manage multiple priorities 61 Challenging the status quo, proactive thinking, process minded, and delivery focused 61 Strong analytical, planning, execution, and problem-solving skills 61 Ability to influence others to achieve a common goal through insightful and data-driven recommendations 61 Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to drive culture change and engagement of the new processes
