Job Description: 1.May focus on repair or refurbishment of complex instruments/systems/solutions in an Agilent Field Service Center 2.Remote support customers' queries on technical/non-technical questions 3.Execute routine and non-routine tests, troubleshooting, repair, and quality verification on Agilent instruments with limited technical support in an ambiguous environment 4.Interprets complex test results requiring an in-depth technical background with limited documentation 5.Lead the engineering team to design tools and improve work efficiency 6.Provides feedback on defects and/or quality of tests to Product Line engineering 7.Communicates technical problems and resolutions at different levels of the organization
Job Qualification: 1.Master’s degree with Chemical or Electrical Background 2.Strong knowledge and familiar with LC products 3.GC/GCMS/LCMS knowledge preferred 4.Excellent Communication skills both in Chinese & English 5.Able to handle difficult situations by managing objections through effective negotiation and mediation and solving the problems effectively 6.Focus, teamwork and able to work under pressure
