Main Purpose: This role requires a proactive and very analytic staff who can support operational tasks under S2C scopes, including but not limited to Tendering event execution, system set up, contract process management, reporting and supplier data management etc. The scope will be covering APAC regions, aim to driving process improvement and automation. Meanwhile, the role also needs to help the related market to resolve add hoc request under Procurement S2C function. Accountabilities: 61 Provide full function support of all S2C processes, and maximize S2C support values. Support RFX event execution, contract management, reporting and supplier master data activies under the supervision of S2C team lead, meet all task KPI and SLA 61 Continuously support on stakehoder and vendor management process improvement, and support implementation of S2C plans. 61 Provide guidance and support to users regarding to Procurement S2C related process/policies, etc. 61 Constant communication and collaboration with stakeholders to get accurate information and measure performance and fulfillment of deliveries and quality of documents. 61 Up-to-date Procurement Knowledge of all Procurement processes, policies, categories & suppliers 61 Coordinate key stakeholders and suppliers for any S2C issues in different APAC markets. 61 Other GP S2C related add-hoc tasks. Key Skills Required: 61 1~3 years experience with Procurement or Supplier onboarding management. 61 Good communication and analytical skills 61 Professional IT skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Ariba, or other procurement systems) 61 Good English level 61 Bachelor or College’s Degree
