Main Purpose:
The main purpose of this role is to manage the PO and Payment processes, including collecting PO information and supporting documents for payment processing, handling the year-end accrual process, and ensuring all approval statuses are completed before campaign go-live. Additionally, the role will be a supporting role for Media A&M spending analysis and routine media execution tasks such as media data collection and MR reporting, etc.
Accountabilities:
61 Handle PO/payment processing and year-end accruals
61 Manage stakeholders for approval status and ensure all approvals are completed before campaign go-live
61 Track and analyze A&M spending
61 Support on media executioin works such as data collection, MR reporting, etc.
61 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
61 Perform other ad hoc tasks
Skills Required:
61 Detail-oriented and organized
61 Strong Excel and reporting skills
61 Good communication and coordination
61 Basic understanding of media/marketing workflows
61 Literacy in Chinese/English is a must
61 Bachelor’s degree above, 1+ years’ experience or high-potential fresh graduates
