岗位职责：

Data: understand and gather requirements from different parties to ensure metrics are measured in consistent view across all 10 Asian markets; work with Data Engineers to make sure the correct scripts/queries are implemented to ensure alignment between Asia and global reporting；
Reporting: streamline and optimize the data collection process with the latest data analytics technologies and tools and use the data to design and develop digitized dashboards; key outputs include Monthly Operations Report (MOR), Project & Program Interlock and Forwards Looking Reporting, and Headcount Capacity Planning, Technology Milestones Narrative reporting；
Analytics: conduct data analysis for management to understand trending and status quo, and summarize findings into sensible business commentary/insights with knowledge of the linkages between business drivers and how they impact the data (e.g. how volume and automation/straight-through metrics impact indicators of business processing speed)；
Communication: act as coordinator among Asia markets BUs and global stakeholders, and able to translate business requirements into technical ones (and vice versa)

任职要求：

5 years or above in data (BI engineering), operations reporting and/or business analytics roles, and fluent English communication is a must; experience in management reporting to senior executives or experience in insurance operations is a plus；
Bachelor Degree or above (BA, computer science, statistics or related)；
English: proficient in both speaking and writing；
Communication skills: strong interpersonal skills；
Tools: good understanding of Excel functions, and pivot tables; strong knowledge of common office tools (Word, PPT, Visio)；
Reporting skills: able to distill information into understandable format, and understand the nuances of written commentary for senior executive reporting；
Technical skills: well command of common querying languages (e.g. My Sql) and visualization tools (e.g. QlikView, Tableau, PowerBI); and/or experience in handling large data sets and/or relational databases; ability in building automation flows (with PowerQuery or PowerAutomate) is a plus；
Strong logics and strong reasoning skills；
Excellent communicator and multi-tasking problem solver；
Self-starter, attentive to details, well-organized and team oriented；
Willing to work on flexible shift.
