The Senior IT Business Analyst team member will deliver outcomes based on tactical and strategic priorities set by the Head of Data Enablement & Governance.
Responsibilities
Access Framework 61 Own the access framework for Asia EDL 61 Deliver on standards, processes and procedures associated with the access framework 61 Partner with different markets in Asia to implement
Information Security 61 Support implementation of Information Security standards 61 Support rollout of related tools and automation
Strategy 61 Assist in development and implementation of Data Enablement framework and processes 61 Contribute to the development and implementation of the Asia Data strategy 61 Lead internal and external reviews/ audits pertaining to access and information security
Leadership 61 Lead by example and develop team culture which is: 61 Accountable 61 Innovative 61 Service-minded 61 Mentor peers and indirect reports 61 Conduct training/ refresher sessions for data users and other related communities
Qualifications
Education & experience Degree or equivalent experience in: o Library Sciences o Computer Sciences o Cyber or Information Security o Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is highly desirable 61 8+ years of progressive responsibility and accountability in one or more of: o Information Security o Records handling in large organizations o Development of organization-wide data policies and processes o Experience in managing Information security in large organizations is an asset
Technical proficiency 61 Understanding of one or more of the following tools and platforms are helpful: o Apache Ranger and Apache Atlas o Databricks Unity Catalog o Informatica Data Quality o Collibra Data Governance Centre o Microsoft Purview o Basic understanding of databases such as SQL, Oracle, NoSQL o Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, MS Project and SharePoint
