Key Responsibilities:
1.Build and manage a network of local KOL, KOC and content creators;
2.Research local market trends through digital research, scouting and focus groups;
3.Organize events to engage with the local community;
4.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement;
岗位职责：
1.建立并维护本地KOL, KOC及内容创作者网络;
2.调研本地市场趋势，通过数字研究、实地考察及焦点小组等方式，洞察市场动态;
3.策划并执行本地社群活动，组织线上线下活动，增强用户互动与品牌影响力;
4.监测与分析营销效果，跟踪项目数据，提供优化建议，推动持续增长;

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above；
2.2+ years experience in PR/marketing;
3.Proven skills in communicating with KOL, KOC;
4.Good knowledge of local trends;
5.Creative mindset;
6.Previous experience in fashion is preferred;
7.Content creation and editing skills are a bonus;
