Summary: We are seeking an experienced Analog IC Design Lead to join our DCDC team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the entire IC design process—from setting design targets and top-level integration to block partitioning, transistor-level design, layout supervision, validation, and debugging of fabricated silicon. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Lead the design and development of power management mixed-signal circuits, with a focus on PMIC products for diverse applications. 2. Collaborate on product definition, semiconductor process evaluation, circuit design, layout guidance, and test support, including ATE, road testing, and reliability testing. 3. Drive competitive designs from concept to market, with a continuous focus on improving performance and reducing costs to maintain a strong market position. 4. Identify and resolve design issues that emerge during the development and production lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS: 1. MSEE or above degree ,at least 5 years of hands-on experience in power management circuit design, with a demonstrated history of designing PMIC products. 2. Proven expertise in tape-out and testing phases, with a successful track record of transitioning designs into full-scale production. 3. A history of leading teams to develop and launch competitive PMIC products in the market. 4. In-depth knowledge of power management topologies, mixed-signal circuits, analog blocks, and layout design. 5. Comprehensive understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, ATE (Automated Test Equipment) testing, and reliability testing protocols. 6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex design challenges.
