职位名称：数字基带设计工程师
职位描述：
1. 负责物联网（IoT）无线通信链路的设计和实现；
2. 完成物理层信号处理模块的设计、实现及优化，包括协议控制，算法模块的软硬件协同设计等；
3. 主导系统集成、调试/验证及与射频模块联调，协同射频团队完成无线系统的集成以及功能性能验证；
4. 支持全系统集成测试，满足客户需求。
职位要求：
1. 通信、电子工程及相关专业硕士及以上学历；
2. 熟悉无线通信系统、熟悉物理层算法、熟悉物理层信号处理流程；
3. 具有DSP编程经验或FPGA RTL实现经验；
4. 了解任意一种或多种无线通信标准，如Cellular 3GPP、Wi-Fi、Bluetooth、LoRa/Zigbee等协议；
5. 环境适应能力强，能够迅速融入团队，有较强的自学能力和意愿；
6. 富有事业心和团队合作精神，良好的中英文听说读写能力。

Title: Digital Baseband Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for system design and implementation of IoT wireless communication.
2. Complete the design, implementation and optimization of physical layer signal processing including protocol control, hardware-software co-design of algorithm modules, etc.
3. Lead system integration, debugging/verification, and co-debugging with RF modules; collaborate with the RF team to complete the integration of wireless system and functional performance verification.
4. Support full-system integration and testing to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
1. Master's or above degree in EE, communications engineering, or related majors.
2. Deep understanding of wireless systems, physical layer algorithms, and physical layer signal processing flow.
3. Have DSP programming experience or FPGA RTL implementation experience.
4. Knowledge on wireless communications standards, such as Cellular 3GPP, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and LoRa/Zigbee, etc.
5. Strong adaptability to different environments, quick integration into the team, and strong self-learning ability and willingness.
6. Self-motivated and a good team player. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English in either listening, speaking, reading or writing.
