Responsibilities: 1.Present and sell forwarding & logistics services to current and potential clients. 2.Prepare monthly action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. 3.Follow up on sales leads with pro-active result and the assigned customers. 4. Collect market information to develop business. 5. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. 6. Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations and sales confirmation. 7. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. 8. Setting the selling strategy then communication and implementing the strategy with customers. 9. In responsible to submit reports, including activity, follow-up, performance and further development action. 10. In responsible to the collection of payment.Required Competencies: 1.Excellent communication, strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 2.Excellent analytical ability and judgment. 3.Strong commercial sense. 4.Great team player, aggressive, highly motivated and self-driven. 5.Good written and spoken English. 6. Interested in transportation and logistics. 7.Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 8. University or College graduate, fluent in written & spoken English. 9. Minimum one to two years experience in shipping, forwarding & logistics industry.
