Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become a global wealth manager with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Developing our Premier customer base and establishing long term relationships with an assigned Premier clientele portfolio Managing the total wealth of your clients by matching our financial and investment product solutions to their financial needs Promoting our Premier Service to potential customers, exploring their needs and making referrals to other business units where appropriate Supporting branch improvement initiatives, providing customer feedback of our service and ensuring compliance with audit requirements and quality assurance 扩大卓越理财客户群，并与卓越理财客户建立长期关系 根据客户的财务需求提供合适的金融及投资产品服务，管理客户的财富 向潜在客户推广卓越理财服务，发掘他们的需求并且在适当的情况下推荐客户至其他业务部门 配合执行分行改进措施，反映客户的意见，并确保符合分行的运作要求和品质保证
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: University level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline Experience in client facing environment, with excellent relationship building capability Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Good understanding and strong interest of the financial markets Mature and independent mindset, able to work effectively under pressure Strong commercial orientation with acute interpersonal skills Fluency in Mandarin and English 本科及以上学历，金融、商科或相关学科更佳 具有前线客户服务经验，善于建立客户关系 具有优秀销售及客户服务技巧，善于沟通及人际交流 以客户为本，致力为客户提供优质服务 了解并对金融市场有浓厚兴趣 成熟独立，能在压力下有良好表现 具有出色商业思维及敏锐人际技巧 普通话及英语流利
