Your Responsibilities
1.Define process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and to minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials
2.Provide written documentation of procedures in form of process documentation
3.Coordinate the consumption of chemicals，raw and auxiliary materials
4.Check and optimize parameters of environmental impact regularly
5.Purchases new equipment (to draw up specification, make evaluation and technical analysis, install and implement in production)
6.Process continuous improvement and cost saving
7.Operator training and technician training
8.Document related work
9.Process related arrangement on material，tools
10.Other Jobs assignment from superior

Your Profile
1.Minimum education level from Bachelor Degree in engineering basis
2.Knowledge of project management, data analysis and design of experiments
3.Knowledge of data analysis tools (such as SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc)
4.Engineering experience in IC-Substrate, HDI-PCB, Assembly, IC-Packaging or related industry
5.Working experience with multinational or intercultural teams
6.Good analytical skills with attention to details
7.Good stress management skills
8.Fluent written and oral English (Mandarin would be of advantage)
9.Open minded approach and willing to overcome new challenges
