General Responsibilities 主要工作职责
-Achieve the monthly and yearly targets which will be setup together with Management including meeting KPI and budget.
-完成和上级领导一起制定的月度、年度销售指标, 包括达成 KPI 和预算。
-Identify and build relationships with clients, especially those clients who meet our preferred client criteria.
-甄别和建立客户关系,尤其是那些符合我们首选客户标准的客户。
-Meet FaceTime targets as agreed with Management by visits, phone calls and direct mails, to both new prospects and existing customers.
-通过对新潜在客户和现有客户的访问、电话和直邮,实现商定的FaceTime目标。
-To develop and manager local sales activities. With an analytical approach create overview of potential business opportunities and optimize processes as well as profit. Make sure operational processes and prices meet and exceed the customer needs.
-开发和维护本地市场相关销售资源。通过分析法开拓潜在整体的业务机会, 并优化流程和利润。确保操作流程和价格达到并超过客户需求。
-List account information, contact details, meeting schedules, opportunities and service lines as well as visiting reports in accordance with company guidelines.
-根据公司规定使用销售管理系统记录客户信息,联系方式,会议时间,销售机会,业务信息和会议记录。
-Weekly or monthly presentation of pipeline and activities using Sales Force (CRM) or emails to management.
-使用销售管理系统或者邮件向上级领导报告每周或者每月的销售机会和销售行为。
-Work closely together with product colleagues and related functions in order to maximize sales potentials and help meet the business goals.
-与销售同事和相关职能部门密切合作,***限度地发挥销售潜力,帮助实现业务目标。
-Must be able to act according to defined targets
-Involvement of product specialists, customers service and management.
-积极参与涉及产品、客服和管理相关的活动。
-Handling complaints and trouble shooting.
-处理投诉和解决问题。
-Responsible for assisting in collecting of payment from customers in accordance with company guidelines.
-根据公司规定协助催款。
-Other tasks assigned by management.
-领导安排的其他工作。
Requirements 要求
-College graduate, major in related is preferable.
-大专以上学历,物流相关专业优先考虑。
-Minimum 3 years working experience in global forwarders with 1 year or above sales experience.
-三年或以上全球性货代公司工作经验,其中至少从事一年以上销售岗位。
- Sales experience and working knowledge of the international transportation and logistics industry
-国际运输和物流行业的销售经验和工作知识
- Fluent in local language, comfortable in English and other languages that the job requires to manage customer and other contacts.
-流利的当地语言,熟练掌握工作所需的英语和其他语言,以管理客户和其他联系人。
- Presentation techniques, comfortable with meeting and presenting for groups 2-3 people.
-演示技巧,适合2-3人小组的会议和演示。
-Good email reply manner, which shall be timely and efficiently.

-Building Relationships:Interacting with People; Establishing Rapport; Impressing People.

-Self driven with ability to work independently with given tasks ;Responsible, Reliable, Well organized, Honest, Team-player, Customer oriented,
