Responsibilities: 1. The main mission of this position is to develop and increase the business in the Chinese market mainly through acquisition of new customers and projects. 2. Accountable B2B-sales of the client’s ICS-solutions to existing and new customers in different potential industries (eq. Construction & agricultural machines, Commercial & Special Vehicles) in Chinese market according annual budgets / objectives 3. Proactive account management and new customer acquisition / project sales (business opportunities) prospecting 4. Development and maintenance of the current customer relationships, profitability, service level, mutual benefiting to be a trusted strategic business partner. 5. Participation and execution of company strategy implementation in Chinese market 6. Definition and Implementation of own Strategy & Vision 7. Individual sales management and reporting to Managing Director 8. Manage the local interest group network in a proper way to create good will. 9. Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 10. Other work assigned by supervisors and the company
Requirements: 1. College or above, major in electronics related is a plus 2. 3-5 years accountable individual b2b-sales experience within electronics, electricity or related (eq. vehicles, telecommunication etc.) component industry. 3. General industry related knowledge 4. Ability to open new business opportunities (prospects) and create long-lasting customer relationships. 5. Ability to maintain and develop the existing customer relationships even more mutually profitable and larger in business scale 6. Excellent interactive and negotiation skills in a persuasive and constructive manner regardless of the issue/ person in question 7. Ability to understand customer’s business needs, notice the “silent” buying signals, find the appropriate product/ service, argument proposed solution convincingly and close the deal successfully. 8. High commitment to individual and company objectives in the long run (self-motivation) 9. Willingness to grow along with the requirements of one’s job in the future. 10. Applicable working personality according to work community 11. Knowledge on Virtual and Digital tools for “Virtual Sales” as well as Mobility are prerequisites. 12. Credible and “fresh” outfit 13. Self-determined, adaptive & stress endurance, cautious and precise 14. Very good communication and presentation skills 15. Customer-oriented working approach 16. Ability to work effectively from home-office without daily supervision. 17. Flexibility to travel in the assigned territory (China) as needed. 18.
