Major Job Responsibility:
1. Working with Customer (Ford) to support customer Design
2. Organize CAD/System Group to work together for complete design work
3. Support plant to launch program from Engineering side.
4. Follow Ford/Aptiv Engineering process/tools – DFMEA, RQA, DFM, AIMS, WERS.
5. Review Engineering document with customer follow all customer request & process
6. Support VAVE/Localize work.
7. Support cost reduction activities.

Candidate Requirements:
1. University graduate (engineering or business degree) or above.
2. Basic automotive and electrical knowledge preferred.
3. Experience for working with Ford will be preferred.
4. Previous wiring / automotive component experience preferred.
5. Good English skill( read, write and speaking).
6. Self starter & able to work independently.
7. Good Communication skill & aggressive working attitude.
8. People lived in Chongqing.
