POSITION OBJECTIVE : The key responsibility of this based position of Field Service Engineer, to support our PG writers used in the manufacturing of semiconductor and display masks. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : - Provide On-Site Support and react to system down emergencies to ensure the systems are return to production in a timely matter. - Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair by using the training received and the knowledge of electrical and mechanical skills. - Ability to read technical drawing. - Communicate with our technical support team globally to ensure corrective actions are taken efficiently and precisely. - Travel upon business needs to other regions, will include international travel for training. - Work both independently and in a team environment. EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE : - Bachelor's degree in engineering - 1-2 years’ experiences in customer service. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English language. - Be able to quickly adapt to new circumstances. - Good decision-making skills. - Ability to encourage and motivate people with responsible attitude. - Ability to travel, including short-term and long-term.
