JD:
- Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application and maintenance of quality standards for defined processes, materials and products.
- To build up and implement product qualification plan, process qualification plan of any new products and new processes. To build up quality standards, control plan, inspection instruction of any new products and processes - Decision making for nonconforming products, disposal for MRB (Material Review Board)
- Follow up with product, method and all relative functions for the failure analysis, call necessary meeting to address and solve the quality issues.
- Conduct Quality training for QC and Operators. - Initiate/track and pursue to closure internal corrective and preventive actions with 8D style.
- Support or act as the customer complaint officer to deal with customer complaints or feedback..

Requirement：
- More than 5 years quality assurance experiences in industrial manufacturing company. Must be familiar with manufacturing processes such as auto assembly, injection molding, surface coating, gluing, welding and related technical.
- Proficiency of quality tools (PFMEA, CP, GR&R, SPC, 8D are must. PPAP, DoE, Process audit, ISO9001 auditor are appreciated.)
- Very strong problem solving skills (Mandatory), be familiar with 8D, 5 why analysis
- Lean manufacturing knowledge, Lean/6sigma green belt is preferred. - Good communication skill and coordinate ability.
- Basic reading and writing in English. Able to speak.
- Mechanical/electronics major, bachelor degree is preferred.
