Mission Statement
Manage Investment Project and Product Localization Project on time, quality and cost.

Main Accountabilities
? Lead the pre-study and provide proposals for the management to make a decision for investment project or new product localization project.
? Lead Investment Project (IP) execution from Gate0 (Initiation) to Gate7 (Benefits delivery).
a) Make feasible project plan and align with stakeholders.
b) Lead technical clarifications with suppliers and make sure Technical Agreement is signed-off on time, budget & requirements.
c) Control and monitor the whole project lifecycle to make sure the project is running as planned.
d) Lead the pre-acceptance & final acceptance to make sure the production line or machine fulfils the Technical Agreement.
e) Use the planned parts to perform the machine tests.
? Also take responsibility for New Product Localization Project Management.
a) Communicate with technical and project support from Accelleron Switzerland
b) Lead local project team from Sales, SCM, Production, Quality & Other relative functions during the localization phase.
c) Make sure project OTD & quality to meet the requirements.
d) Be capable of handling the priority or resource conflicts.
e) Drive localization project to meet Target Cost.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
? Bachler or master’s degree
? ＞3 yeas proven Project Leader in investment project or product project
? Process, product, or design background
? Fluent Chinese and English in written and spoken
? Proven PMP certificate preferred
? Willing to travel and work overtime
? Familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP, Project Management Tool
