Position/Job Description:
It is comprehensive role work together with one strategic supplier to support product light agricultural product development including electrification journey, Your role will demand close collaboration with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring mechanical products are designed and optimized to customer specifications. Work through from advanced development to industrialization, Based in Chongqing in most of time.
Key tasks include:
？ Collect application info. and needs
？ Reflect application/ customer needs on product development together with supplier and FCC.
？ Participate design activities and Design review with supplier and other stakeholders at both concept stage and industrialization stage
？ Work together with suppliers to ensure that designs are manufactured efficiently and with quality.
？ Build and Test concept & product with supplier to evaluate the performance, durability, and safety of the components.
？ Support product improvement and cost improvement together with supplier team and Husqvarna team
？ Technical Troubleshooting: Identify solutions and make modifications as needed during the production or use of the products.
？ Interaction with associated stakeholders inside and outside of RD center
Essential Duties:
？ Align annual program budget with RD director
？ Ensure spending within budget
？ Following Husqvarna product development process
？ Develop annual work list together with FCC, product management and stakeholders in CNZ RD
？ Make sure planned activity on schedule
？ Escalation of issues that can lead to safety risk and project schedule delay
Qualifications:
Education:
？ Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
Experience:
？ Minimum 5 years experience of People management in either line function or project
？ Minimum 10 years experience of OPE industry
？ Minimum 5 years experience of Electrical product development
Languages:
？ Fluent English in written and oral

? Knowledge of Design and Simulation Tools: Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools is important.
? Good understanding for product functional needs from market end
