Mission Statement 任务描述:
Help to maintain the effectiveness of quality management system in JJ plant, follow up and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions during the audit, improve quality management system procedures according when needed, maintain and update quality documents in server. Collect, analyze and report KPI data related to quality and find opportunities for improvement. Cooperate with and guide section managers and their people for quality improvement activities inside the organization. Coordinate the audit from 2nd part and 3rd part to the organization for quality issues.
协助江津工厂质量管理体系的有效性，跟进和监控审核过程中纠正措施的有效性，需要时，改进质量管理体系流程，维护和更新服务器中的质量文件。收集、分析并填报与质量相关的KPI数据并找到改进机会。与分部门经理一道帮助和指导他们的团队进行质量改进活动。协调第二方和第三方对公司质量方面的审核。

Main Accountabilities 主要责任
61 Take part in the establishing and updating of the quality management system procedures in the organization; 参与公司质量管理体系的建立和更新；
61 Plan and organize internal audit in the organization, take part in the external audit, help to find and implement corrective and preventive actions for the finding during the audit;
策划和组织内审，参与外审，帮助发现和实施对审核发现的纠正和预防措施；
61 Measure, analysis and report the status of quality target indicator in order to make improvement actions; 测量、分析及填报质量目标数据以进行改进活动；
61 Cooperate and lead people for quality improvement activities in the organization to improve performance; 协同及领导组织内的人员进行质量改进活动并改进绩效；
61 Lead periodically process audit to verify the effectiveness of the process; 领导定期的过程审核以确保过程的有效性；
61 Organize PFMEA create and renew activities in plant; 组织工厂PFMEA的创建和定期更新;
61 Maintain and update quality system documents in server, in charge of the QM documents renewal, approval and release activities; 维护及更新服务器上的质量体系文件，负责对其更新、审批及发放；
61 Identify the training opportunity and organize Quality related training to staff in the organization. 识别培训机会，组织对组织内员工的质量培训。


Knowledge , Skill and Experience 知识、经验及技能
61 Bachelor degree in science / engineering or engineer title; 理工科大学本科毕业或工程师职称；
61 ISO9001 quality management system internal audit certificate holder; ISO9001 内审员证书；
61 At least 3 years experience of technical or quality management, background and experience in automobile industries are preferred, experience and knowledge in railway business certification and Classification Societies certification are preferred. 3年以上技术或质量管理经验, 有汽车行业背景和经验者优先, 有铁路行业认证和船级社认证经验者优先。
61 Familiar with the tools for quality improvement and statistical technology; 熟悉质量改进工具及基本的统计技术；
61 Good cooperation, communication skills and ability to collaboration with different functions; 良好的协调、沟通技巧及与不同部门沟通的能力；
61 Skills in different quality tools to leading the projects for quality problem solving; 熟悉不同的质量工具以领导质量改进；
61 Fluent both in oral and written English; 流利的英语口语及读写能力。
