Main Accountabilities
1. 检查订单的物料齐套性并根据要求交付日期反馈物料齐套日期Checking Sales order material ready status and feedback CDD based on SO RDD.
2. 根据整机订单齐套日期及要求交付日期释放整机工单给总装车间并跟踪入库Release assembly MO to assembly workshop based on SO material ready status and RDD and tracking for in storage.
3. 根据物料需求日期释放加工工单给加工车间并跟踪入库Release machining MO to machining workshop based on material requirement finished date and tracking for in storage.
4. 根据物料需求日期释放采购需求给采购并跟踪到货入库Release purchase requirement to purchase team based on material requirement delivery date and tracking for in storage .
5. 根据需求变化沟通工单及采购订单需求调整，确保紧急订单满足以及呆滞库存减少Communicating with workshop and purchase team for MO/PR adjustment based on demand change，make sure can fulfill rush order and reduce excess stock.
6. 跟踪所负责产品线相关机型的量产进度，基于项目需求释放样件工单及样件采购需求Tracking for in charge of production line relate TC Type SOP process ,release sample MO & PR based on Project demand .
7. 跟踪工程变更物料，确保顺利切换Tracking for engineer change material and make sure it follow up with no risk and excess.
8. 定期回顾原材料安全库存及消耗缓慢物料库存、呆滞物料库存，确保供应商满足交付同时避免呆滞库存Regularly review raw material safety stock and slow moving and dead stock ,make sure supplier can fulfill delivery and avoid dead stock .
9. 定期评估内部产能，协调评估自制/外协/外购计划建议，Regularly evaluate internal production capacity, coordinate and evaluate homemade/outsourcing/outsourcing plan proposals, and meet order delivery requirements
10. 定期评估与维护PP/MM相关主数据，匹配业务发展需求 Regularly evaluate and maintain PP/MM related master data to match business development needs

Knowledge , Skill and Experience
1. 知识：本科以上，物流或供应链管理相关知识Bachelor degree , above in logistics management or supply chain management
2. 技能： ERP/ MES 系统操作，办公软件操作（PPT/Excel)，英文书面沟通（可查看回复英文邮件，可使用英文操作界面系统）Skilled in ERP /MES system implement, office software implement (PPT/Excel), master written communication in English (can view and reply English emails, can use English operation interface system)
3. 关键经验：制造业3-5年物料计划/生产计划相关工作经验，参与新产品项目开发经验，产能分析与评估经验 3-5 years of working experience in material planning/production planning in manufacture industry, rich experience in new product project development ,capacity analysis and evaluation.
4. 素质能力：良好的沟通协调能力，逻辑推理能力，分析总结能力Good communication and coordination skills, logical reasoning ability, analysis and summary ability are needed
5. 流利的口语能力（可与国外会议沟通），数据分析处理能力（宏/PowerBI)，主导过ERP/MES 系统上线或改善优先考虑 Fluent speaking skills (can communicate with foreign conferences), data analysis and processing ability (macro /PowerBI), leading ERP /MES system launch or improvement is preferred.
