Main Mission: 1. Place purchasing orders to suppliers and follow up on time delivery. 2. Monitor and improve supplier delivery performance. 3. Drive process optimization for purchase department to improve efficiency and rebuild procurement model.
Responsibilities: Purchase Order Management: 1. Place purchasing orders to supplier according to demand and Accelleron TOA process. 2. Monitor delivery schedules and expedite orders as needed to meet production plan. 3. Cooperate with internally (Planning, Technical, Quality and SCM etc.) and externally (supplier) for any material delivery problems. 4. Drive SQE and Sourcing to resolve supplier's quality issues. 5. Monitor, report and improve the delivery performance of supplier. 6. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review. 7. Analyze, identify and drive purchasing process optimization and improvement initiatives improve efficiency to meet company objectives. 8. Risk Management To identify potential risks and opportunities in supply, work with Sourcing to solve them. 9. Work with Finance / warehouse to resolve supplier Invoice discrepancy to ensure the payment is make on time. 10. Other jobs which assigned by manager.
Background: 1. Bachelor degree and above. 2. Major in logistic and planning management or supply chain management is preferred 3. At least 5 years work experience as Buyer / Senior Buyer or similar role in procurement. 4. Preferred: With experience of working in multinational company and auto industry, manufacturing industry. 5. Experience in Planning will be an added advantage.
SKILLS & ABILITIES: 1. Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills. 2. Familiar with SAP system. 3. Excellent analytical and driven problem-solving abilities. 4. Good written and oral English. 5. PC knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. 6. Data statistics and analysis. 7. Good presentation and representation skills.
