负责客户:重庆百货 岗位职责: 1.建立完整的客户计划以推动整体业务。 2.为指定的客户执行与业务目标和客户策略一致的计划。 3.通过计划,沟通,预测,持续测量结果,实施纠正措施或学习,促进日常业务的卓越执行。 4.培养除买方以外的富有成效的业务关系,包括跨职能领导和至少比买方/品类经理高一级的报告级别。 5.负责达成大客户的目标和关键绩效指标。 6.遵守公司的所有原则和政策,包括雀巢的贸易政策,当地的销售政策,当地的贸易条款,安全和法律法规。 1.Build complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business. 2.Execute plans for assigned Account (s) that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies. 3.Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning. 4.Nurtures productive business relationship beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders and reporting levels at least 1 up from the buyer/category manager. 5.Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs. 6.Adheres to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Trems,Safety and legal regulations.
