工作职责：
1、Responsible for raw material development and varification.
负责原材料的研发、设计、验证、性能指标、测试标准等；
2、Responsible for raw material model selection and primary sample pre-series.
负责原材料的选型及初样的试制，并跟踪结果，根据结果调整原材料，并能提出材料VAVE建议及测试验证；
3、Responsible for the disposition of non-conforming compound batches.
负责不合格原材料批次的处理；
4、Lead quality problem shooting and analysis due to raw material.
主导产品原材料质量问题解决和根本原因分析;
5、Compile technical files according to product and program requirement, solving technical and process problems, improve technical solutions and product performance.
按产品及项目要求编制相关技术和工艺文件，解决产品技术和工艺难题，在产品研制过程中持续优化技术方案和工艺路线，提升产品性能;
6、HSE responsibilities: support CSA HSE related procedures, make sure all activities match HSE requirements, carry out ergonomics kaizens.
HSE职责：执行环境健康安全管理体系文件规定，执行人机工程绩效改善，保障安全生产，控制环境污染及预防安全。
7、CI responsibilities: support lean culture, participate CI related activities(training ,kaizen, etc.), continuous improve WCO performance.
CI职责：参与和推动本部门持续改进活动，提高本部门的CI绩效;
8、Finish the temporary work which dispatched by boss.
完成领导临时交付的工作；
任职要求：
1、Bachelor degree in chemistry or chemical engineering required. 有化学或化学工程的本科学历；
2、Experience in extrusion process, At least Five years of technical experience required.
有汽车密封条挤出工艺相关工作经验，至少有五年以上技术经验；
3、Experience in chemicals management, Experience in automotive industry is preferred.
有化学品管理经验和汽车行业经验优先；
4、Knowledge in EPDM properties and Knowledge in EPDM production process.
熟悉EPDM&TPV材料特性和EPDM&TPV材料生产加工过程；
5、Good skills in EPDM experimental instruments.
熟练操作EPDM实验测试仪器；
6、Be capable of reading English files.
能阅读英文专业资料。
