Sephora BA training and in-store coaching 丝芙兰BA培训和店内培训 2. Participate effective in-class training provided by Education Managerca有参与培训经理的课堂培训 3. Ensure achievement of sales target by month by door 确保逐月逐门完成销售目标 4. Ensure brand image and market ranking 确保品牌形象和市场排名 5. Ensure execution of sales plans 确保销售计划的执行 6. Daily counter maintenance and management (product, stock and display) 日常柜位维护与管理(产品、库存、陈列) 7. Study Caudalie and competitors well, trends analyzer, especially in Sephora channel 充分研究Caudalie和竞争对手,趋势分析,特别是丝芙兰渠道 8. Sharing with team and training team to enhance efficiency 与团队分享,培训团队,提高效率 9. Build up good relationship with the store 与店铺建立良好的关系 MAIN KPIs OF THIS POSITION 主要绩效指标: 1. Sales Target, Key Product Sales Target, Store Visit Coverage Target 销售目标,重点品销售目标,访店覆盖率目标 2. Budget under responsibility: According to Budget 职责权限内的预算管理 REQUIREMENTS: 职位要求: 1. At least 5 years’ retail experience, especially in Sephora channel 至少5年零售经验,特别是丝芙兰渠道 2.
