岗位职责：
1、Responsible for the disposition of non-conforming compound batches. 负责不合格复合物批次的处理。
2、Assists various department managers and supervisors in the identification and control problems. Determines and initiates corrective action when deviations from specification, quality and good practices are observed in the manufacturing process. 协助各部门经理和主管在处理和控制问题上的识别、加工。在制造过程中观察到偏离规范、质量和良好实践时，确定并发起纠正措施。
3、In charge of Secondary process, organize process development, familiar with secondary tooling, make sure production running well. 负责后加工工艺，组织工艺的改进，熟悉后加工工具，确保生产正常运行。
4、Maintains a close and cooperative relationship with Technical, Quality Assurance and Purchasing personnel. 与技术、质量和采购人员保持密切的合作关系,。
5、Serves as a technical expert in areas of mixing, extrusion, curing and testing of compounds. 作为在混合、挤出、养护和测试化合物的领域的技术专家提供支持。
6、Coach the job duties of the Senior Process Technician, Process Technician, and the Raw Material Analyst. 负责高级工艺技术员、工艺技术员以及原材料分析师的工作指导。
7、Finish the temporary work which dispatched by boss. 完成领导临时交付的工作。
8、HSE responsibilities: support CSA HSE related procedures, make sure all activities match HSE requirements, carry out ergonomics kaizens.HSE职责：执行环境健康安全管理体系文件规定，执行人机工程绩效改善，保障安全生产，控制环境污染及预防安全。
9、CI responsibilities: support lean culture, participate CI related activities(training ,kaizen, etc.), continuous improve WCO performance. CI职责：参与和推动本部门持续改进活动，提高本部门的CI绩效。

任职要求
1、Bachelor degree in chemistry or chemical engineering required. 必须有化学或化学工程的本科学历。
2、At least 6 years of extrusion technical experience 至少有6年的挤出技术经验。
3、Experience with rubber testing machines, raw materials used in compounds, processing of rubber through mills, Banbury, extruders and curing process. 有橡胶测试机器，用于化合物的原材料、橡胶磨粉工艺、班伯里、挤出机和固化过程的经验。
4、Must be analytical and able to develop corrective actions and solve problems. 能分析、制定纠正措施和解决问题。
5、Familiar with office automation software. 熟练使用办公自动化软件
6、Be good at English, can understand the general English information. 英语良好，能看懂一般英文资料。
