KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.Manages and trains a team of production staff. 2.Determines proper staffing and skill levels for the operation. 3.Manage manufacturing activities, performance and results and address corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors. 4.Lead in evaluating and improving manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and techniques to ensure continuous improvement in term of quality, time and cost. 5.Manages and executes various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency. 6.Establishes production schedule and targets to meet the requirements of existing and projected sales orders. 7.Coordinates with other function managers in planning and implementing manufacturing programs. 8.In-depth on-site guidance, regular training of employees in professional ethics, job skills, production safety, quality control and other aspects. Conduct regular skill assessment on employees to cultivate their engagement, improve their operational skills, and enhance their knowledge so as to improve labor productivity. 9.Effectively cooperate with the quality department, deeply discuss customer complaints, process quality, and quality system construction, and establish and improve the total quality management system. 10.Comply with company rules and regulations, including HSE, environment and quality requirements and policies; 11.Other tasks given by leaders.
