工作职责:
岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1.主要负责现场Mask出货OQC检验，主要包括Mura检查、微小Particle检查，出货成绩书核验和COA制作等工作；
2.处理IQC Issues，主要为各类Mask生产主材的入货问题处理，包括与供应商沟通问题主材的处理；
3.供应商管理，包括现有供应商的稽核和新供应商导入；
4. Mask客诉对应，对应客户提出的Issue，包括原因分析，客户及厂内测试验证方案提出，不良改善及确认，改善措施固化等。
5.熟悉Mask的不良类型，有Mask或FPD行业大板显影刻蚀后目视检查经验者优先
1. Responsible for on-site Mask shipment OQC inspection, mainly including Mura inspection, tiny Particle inspection, shipment grade book verification and COA production.
2. Handling IQC Issues, mainly for the handling of various Mask production materials, including communication with suppliers to deal with the problematic materials.
3. Suppliers management, including auditing of existing vendors and introduction of new vendors.
4. Mask complaint response, respond to the Issue raised by the customer, including cause analysis, customer and factory testing and validation program proposed, defective improvement and confirmation, improvement measures to solidify, etc.
5. Familiar with the defective types of Mask, experience in visual inspection after development and etching of Mask industry or large substrate in FPD industry is preferred.

任职资格:
1.一本及以上学历理工科专业，3年以上同行业工作经验优先；
2.具备良好的沟通表达和部门间协同工作能力 ；
3.具备分析问题能力，说话做事有逻辑 ；
4.具备良好的执行力，工作有输出 ；
5.熟练使用word，excel，ppt等办公软件，大学英语6级或更高水平优先，具备听和说能力。
1. Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering. More than 3 years working experience in the same industry is preferred.
2.Good communication and inter-departmental teamwork skills.
3.Ability to analyze problems, speak and act logically.
4.Good execution skills with work output.
5.Proficient in the use of word, excel, ppt and other office software.
