岗位职责: 1Lead, motivate and mentor a team of 9-20 individual contributors on daily business operations. 2.Generate daily business plan for the team and monitor the progress. Properly allocate resource within the team to ensure all work be executed timely and accurately. 3.Closely monitor problems and issues in daily operations and ensure fast and effective solving of the problems. 4.Provide training to the team on new compliance requirements and process to ensure quality of deliverables; Organize seminars on experience and information sharing and case study to improve team member knowledge and capability. 5.Monitor team and individual performance, and regularly review with the team, to ensure KPIs are achieved timely and consistently. Motivate, guide and support team members in building professionalism and high standard working philosophy. Cultivate team-working culture. 6.Constantly drive service efficiency and continuity through process improvement, system automation, effective resource planning and management. 任职要求: 1.University Graduate 2.Minimum 3-year experience, preferable in shipping industry. 3.Good Oral and written English skills; 4.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; 5.Good knowledge of systems; 6.Good knowledge of compliance rules and documentation process; 7.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. 8.Self-driven, can work independently without close supervision; 9.Able to work under pressure; 10.Fast mover, can address issues quickly, with high sense of urgency; 11.Very organized, strictly follow rules and schedules. 12.Strong leadership qualities.
