2、Strong conflict solving skills 解决问题能力
Sound knowledge of the use of Quality Techniques and Failure Analysis / Risk Analysis methods 4-6 Years 质量技术、失效分析、风险管理
3、Sound appreciation of Quality and BMW Processes, with ability to make quick analytical decisions. Clear written and verbal communication 认同宝马质量过程、快速分析决策、表达清晰。

任职资格：
1、Bachelor's degree in related field 相关专业本科
2、Automobile product knowledge 车辆知识
3、Skillful of 5 core tools(VDA6.3, FEMA, MSA, SPC, 8D),IATF16949/ISO 9001 5大工具及体系知识
4、Familiar with MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint 办公软件
5、Good command of written and spoken English 英文必须
6、German skills are a plus 德文加分
7、Comprehensive experience in parts quality management field1-3 Years 零件质量1-3年经验
8、Experience in quality control, problem analysis, manufacturing process, cost analysis, supplier quality assurance field1-3 Years 质量管理1-3年经验
