Responsibilities:
1. Procurement
a) Review suppliers for compliance with company’s quality criteria
b) Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms
c) Determination of saving potential, and reach annual cost saving goal for the procurement
d) Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards
e) Issue and follow up purchasing orders according to project requirement.
f) Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements to inform procurement decisions.Maintain and ensure valid procurement data in ERP.
g) Responsible for document management.
h) Assist in updating the suppliers management procedure and process.
i) Follow up with the supplier to make sure the on-time delivery of machine assembly parts.
j) Comply with and implement the compliance, IT security and the EHS requirements as required for the role; attend EHS-related trainings and report/take urgent actions as required once an emergency or EHS-related risk is discovered.

Role Requirements:
1) Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above
2) Major
Major in Engineering is a plus
3) Training
CRM such as SAP or Baan, MS excel
4) Experience
At least 5-year above relevant work experience of strategic purchase.
CRM experience such as SAP and Baan preferred
5)Knowledge
Be familiar with purchasing process in manufacturing industry.
Sensitivity to market price and material cost.
Basic knowledge of quality system.
Customs clearance of import and export material is a plus
6)Skills
Good oral and written English.
Communication and negotiation skills,
MS working tools, PPT, excel, outlook, and etc.
