岗位职责 Responsibilities:
1. 负责视觉测量系统（如ISRA、PERCEPTRON、QUISS）的安装、调试与优化，确保系统稳定运行。

2. 负责视觉引导系统的安装、调试与优化，提升生产线引导精度与效率。
Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and optimization of vision guidance systems, improving the accuracy and efficiency of production line guidance.
3. 负责涂胶检测系统的安装、调试与优化，确保涂胶质量检测的精确度和可靠性。
Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and optimization of adhesive inspection systems, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of adhesive quality detection.
4. 提供汽车行业（焊装、总装、涂装车间）的视觉测量引导应用解决方案，提升生产过程中的精度和自动化水平。
Provide vision measurement and guidance application solutions for the automotive industry (welding, final assembly, and painting workshops), enhancing precision and automation in production processes.
5. 进行视觉引导与涂胶检测应用在汽车生产线上的实施，确保与现有生产线系统的无缝对接。
Implement vision guidance and adhesive inspection applications on automotive production lines, ensuring seamless integration with existing production systems.
6. 提供客户培训，帮助客户掌握视觉系统的操作、调试与维护，提升客户满意度。
Provide customer training to help clients master the operation, commissioning, and maintenance of vision systems, enhancing customer satisfaction.
7. 跟踪并解决现场客户反馈的问题，提供技术支持，确保客户的系统运行无故障。
Track and resolve on-site customer feedback, providing technical support to ensure seamless system operation for customers.
8. 协助进行项目的现场实施与调试，确保项目按时交付并符合客户需求。
Assist with on-site project implementation and commissioning, ensuring timely project delivery that meets customer requirements.
9. 分析并优化现有视觉应用系统的性能，提升测量精度、检测速度和系统稳定性。
Analyze and optimize the performance of existing vision application systems to improve measurement accuracy, inspection speed, and system stability.
10. 与跨部门团队协作，进行视觉系统的调试与优化，确保生产线运行中的高效性和可靠性。
Collaborate with cross-department teams to debug and optimize vision systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability in production line operations.
任职要求 Qualifications:
1. 本科及以上学历，自动化、电子、机械工程、计算机等相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 至少3年及以上视觉应用系统安装调试和优化经验，具备ISRA、PERCEPTRON、QUISS等相关品牌的实际操作经验优先考虑。
At least 3 years of experience in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of vision application systems, with hands-on experience with brands such as ISRA, PERCEPTRON, QUISS and other related brand is preferred.
3. 熟悉视觉测量系统、视觉引导系统和涂胶检测系统的工作原理，能够独立进行系统调试与优化。
Familiar with the working principles of vision measurement systems, vision guidance systems, and adhesive inspection systems, capable of independently commissioning and optimizing systems.
4. 具有汽车行业（焊装、总装、涂装车间）的生产线应用经验，了解相关的质量控制和自动化流程。
Experience in automotive industry production line applications (welding, final assembly, and painting workshops), with a good understanding of quality control and automation processes.
5. 具备良好的客户服务和沟通能力，能够与客户高效沟通并解决技术问题。
Good customer service and communication skills, able to communicate efficiently with clients and solve technical issues.
6. 能够编写详细的技术文档、操作手册和培训资料，确保客户能够顺利操作与维护系统。
Able to write detailed technical documentation, operation manuals, and training materials to ensure customers can operate and maintain the systems smoothly.
7. 熟练使用常见的视觉系统软件和工具，具有较强的故障排除能力。
Proficient in using common vision system software and tools, with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
8. 良好的团队协作精神，能够与其他工程团队、客户及供应商合作，推动项目顺利进行。
Good teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with other engineering teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
