Job Summary and Key Objectives 职位概述及关键目标 1. 独立完成除尘/过滤器/ MCC 解决方案应用于生命科学行业市场的年度个人销售目标/预算; Independently achieve the sales target/budget of LS market with dust collection / filters / MCC solutions; 2. 快速拓展业务,协助整个生命科学销售团队完成年度团队销售目标; Rapidly expand business and assist the whole LS sales team to achieve the annual sales target; 3. 确保客户准时付款; Ensure timely payment from customers; 4. 确保销售预测的准确性,原材料和成品库存控制在合理范畴; Ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts and control the inventory of raw materials and finished products within a reasonable range; 5. 除了独立完成分配的任务外,此岗位任职人员应该能够有能力实现短期和一些长期的业务目标,包括但不 限于:快速、积极地开发、建立、管理和运行生命科学行业业务的销售网络; In addition to independently completing assigned tasks, the personnel in this position should be able to achieve short-term and some long-term business goals, including but not limited to: quickly and actively developing, establishing, managing, and operating a sales network for LS business; Key Responsibilities 主要职责 1. 快速、主动地开发、设置、管理和运行生命科学行业业务的销售网络; Develop, set up, manage and run sales net for LS business quickly and proactively. 2. 建立和实施中国市场生命科学医院行业业务数据库; Create & implement database of LS Business in China Market. 3. 数据分析,制定行动计划,以提升康斐尔在生命科学行业的业务份额; Data analysis to define action plan for increasing of LS Business. 4. 开发销售渠道,包括但不限于建立主要合作伙伴/经销商网络,准备和推广销售工具; Develop sales channels , incl. but not limited to creation of key partner / reseller network, preparation & promotion of sales tools. 5. 按照销售合同的约定跟踪客户付款并对结果负责; Track customer payments as agreed in the sales contracts and be responsible for the results. 6. 合理控制库存量,达到公司库存周转目标。 Reasonably control the inventory to achieve the company's inventory turnover target. 7. 团队目标和 KPI 由主管制定,并与奖金挂钩。 The team's goals and KPI are set by supervisor and linked to bonus. 8. 其他上级安排的项目/任务。 Other projects/tasks assigned by supervisor. Know-How 知识 - 认证大学或学院的学士学位(或被认可的其它学历)。机电/暖通/环境/化工等相关专业均可。如有相关行业工作经验,则专业上可以放宽 Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school). Major in HVAC/Building/Environment/Mechanical and Electrical are best. - 两到五年行业相关销售经验。了解空气洁净工艺,有过滤器产品销售经验优先。 Two to five years or above sales experiences in LS sector. Knowledge about clean air process, or sales experience related to filtration products will be a plus. - 至少 3 年以上销售、市场或业务开发经验。 At least 3 additional years of experience in sales, marketing or business development. - 拥有自己的销售渠道和成熟的客户群体。 Have own sales channels and mature customer groups. - 能够独立选型,报价,设计的优先。 Independent type selection, quotation, engineering are preferred. Skills技能 - 在生命科学行业,或者生命科学相关工程公司有一定人脉关系优先。 Connections in LS sector, or LS related engineering companies will be a plus. - 需具备与内、外部合作伙伴,客户和供应商良好的沟通能力。 Good communication skill with internal or external partners, customers and vendors is required. - 必须清楚地了解和沟通解决客户所遇到的问题。 Clearly define and communicate problems as perceived by the customer is MUST. - 良好的团队合作意识,客户导向,注重质量和纪律。 Strong sense on team work, customer orientation, quality and discipline is highly preferred. - 较强的组织能力和领导能力。 Organizational skills and leadership on a large scale. - 结果和目标导向。 Result & target driven. - 流利的语言和书面表达能力,英语能力优秀者优先。 Fluent spoken and written in Chinese is must and in English is preferred.
