Coordinate effectively with different teams/segments to avoid possible conflict to maximize OC's benefit 4. Strong influencing ability to coordinate and align cross-functional resources to achieve the target of annual sales revenue, gross margin. 5. College diploma or above, with a major in building materials or construction engineering or HVAC engineering. 6. Excellent planning and organizing skills.
