工作职责: Hard Skills - Product Audit: Academic knowledge, technical skills and field experiences of subject business domain; Ability to apply into daily work to perform a particular professional task; Knowledge of relevant analytical tools, techniques and ability to conduct effective analysis to find root causes or formulate insights of certain situation or phenomenon
- Quality system and tools: ( APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, IATF 16949, QC tools)
- Sourcing&Launch Management: ( Responsible for supplier sourcing, new product industrialization and launch build-up production activities, new product capacity ramp-up verification. Knowledge of planning tools and techniques, ability to organize different people to work together for a common goal in an organization; Ability to develop network and maintain close relationship with working partners)
- Production Monitoring and Steering: ( Responsible for production planning and steering within workshop scope, including long / short term plans, production shift models and day-to-day production coordination; Supervision of activities in progress to ensure they are on-course and on-schedule; Ability to redirect activities to meet the objectives and performance targets)
- Production System: ( Understanding of value stream oriented production systems (VPS) / Lean Management: Core methods (e.g. 5S, Total Productive Maintenance; value stream optimised material flow. visual management in manufacturing area (e.g. Poke Yoke,) Steering via KPIs (e.g. OEE, Rework, direct runner quote, scrap).
- Change Management for Production: ( Knowledge of process, methodology of dealing with technical and process changes; Ability to introduce, implement and manage technical and process changes within organization)
