负责监管注塑车间成型参数，确保在受控范围内。组织技术员编制并审核注塑成型工艺参数卡。负责新产品注塑工艺方案设计。优化成型工艺，提升生产效率和产品良率。
Responsible for overseeing injection molding shop molding parameters to ensure they are within controlled limits.
Organize technicians to prepare and review injection molding process parameter cards. Responsible for the design of injection molding process for new products. Optimize the molding process to improve production efficiency and product yield.
2. 模具可靠性评估
Mold reliability assessment
参与模具设计评审，提出改进建议（如浇口位置、冷却系统等），确保模具可制造性并降低生产风险。协助试模及模具验收，跟踪试产问题并推动模具优化。
Participate in mold design reviews and suggest improvements (e.g. gate locations, cooling systems, etc.) to ensure mold manufacturability and reduce production risk. Assist in mold trial and acceptance, follow up on trial production issues and promote mold optimization.
3. 生产技术支持与问题解决
Production technical support and problem solving
具备处理生产异常能力，分析根本原因并制定改善措施，保障生产线稳定运行。监控工艺稳定性，定期优化参数以减少波动
Ability to deal with production abnormalities，analyze the root cause and formulate improvement measures to ensure stable operation of the production line. Monitor process stability and regularly optimize parameters to reduce fluctuations.
4. 质量控制与改进 Quality control and improvement
熟悉注塑产品检验标准及工艺规范，协同质量部门实施SPC统计过程控制。主导不良品分析，推动工艺改进以降低报废率
Familiar with injection molding product inspection standards and process specifications, collaborate with quality department to implement SPC statistical process control. Lead the analysis of defective products and promote process improvement to reduce the scrap rate.
5. 设备与模具维护管理
Equipment and mold maintenance management
制定注塑机、辅机及模具的维护保养计划，指导技术员执行预防性维护，减少故障停机时间。评估设备性能并提出升级或改造建议。
Develop maintenance schedules for injection molding machines, auxiliary machines and molds and instruct technicians to perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or modifications
6. 新产品导入（NPI）支持
New Product Introduction (NPI) support
参与新产品开发阶段的可制造性评估（DFM），主导试产工艺验证并输出量产移交报告。确保新产品从开发到量产的工艺无缝衔接。
Participate in the manufacturability assessment (DFM) during the new product development phase, lead the pilot production process validation and output the mass production handover report. Ensure seamless process transition from new product development to mass production
7. 技术文档与培训
Technical documentation and training
编写工艺作业指导书、标准参数库及故障处理手册，定期培训操作人员。整理工艺数据并归档，推动知识沉淀与标准化管理。
Prepare process operating instructions, standard parameter libraries and troubleshooting manuals, and train operators on a regular basis. Organize and archive process data to promote knowledge deposition and standardized management.

职位要求：
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
本科以上学历，专业不限；
2. Good written and spoken English; speaking fluently is a plus.
英语读写流利，口语优秀更佳；
3. Injection molding industry on-site hands-on experience for more than 5
years, injection molding process is skilled, solid theory.
注塑行业现场实操经验5年以上，注塑工艺实操熟练，理论扎实。
4. Familiarity with using Lean management tools.
熟悉精益管理工具在现场的实际应用；
5. Strong communication and logical skills.
具备良好的沟通能力和逻辑能力；
