Responsibilities and Main Tasks: 1. Coordinate to develop and implement centralized quality control system, and use a centralized team to manage it to replace part of tasks that need to be handled independently by each plant and department 2. Guide and monitor the implementation of PCS control in daily operations at each site to maintain high-quality standards by providing ongoing support and training. 3. Standardize and maintain the PCS management framework for new and existing sites to ensure uniformity and compliance by developing comprehensive guidelines and documentation. 4. Maintain and update the BU ME SPC Instruction Document to reflect current practices and standards to ensure accuracy and relevance by regularly reviewing and revising the document. 5. Lead quality analytic tool development and maintain for all ME plants. 6. Interface of customer requirement on quality control system, standardize customer requirement and coordinate for improvement. 7. Train and develop new employees on PCS systems and procedures to ensure a knowledgeable and skilled workforce by conducting regular training sessions and assessments. Requirement: 1. At least 3 years background in PCB or electronic industry, with substrate industry experience being advantageous. 2. Fluent written and oral English 3. Familiarity with basic AI architecture and development processes, the better with experience in industrial AI application. 4. Ability to analyst complex data structures and derive actionable insights. 5. Experience in working with intercultural teams. 6. Effective project management skills to lead and coordinate cross-site/cross-function projects. 7. Experience in manufacturing excellence system development. 8. Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, CP. 9. Understanding of metrology tools and PCS management. 10. Familiarity with basic programming languages like C#, SQL. 11. Competence in using office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
