主要职责The main missions of the role are: 83 以佛吉亚的道德规范和管理规范为基本商业行为准则和道德及管理指南约束自身及合作伙伴。The Code of Ethics and The Code of Management are the fundamental rules of business conduct and ethica&management guidelines applicable to all Faurecia employees and partners. 83 能按时按照Routine完成计划类工作。Depending on defined Routine, finish the planned task timely. 新项目New program 83 负责新项目在工厂投产前，PD相关准备工作 (制造BOM、产品问题分析及方案)。Complete PD activities after sample building transfers to plant (MBOM / SAP product tree/ product issue analysis and solution). 量产后项目Series program 83 管理工厂的产品数据，对产品工程变更的工程部分负责。Manage product data (MBOM / SAP product tree / product spec / 2d &3d data...), responsible for product engineering change. 83 主导或支持相关的持续改进工作，对PD负责的文件进行更新，包括(不仅限于)：CC &SC / MBOM…Lead or support related continuous improvement, update PD related documents, including CC &SC / MBOM … 83 产品VAVE /直接员工效率 /HSE / 人机工程/工程质量问题解决。Product VAVE /DLE /Space /HSE / Ergonomics/ Engineering issue solution. 83 承担公司相关FES文件以及IATF16949标准要求的管理责任，确保FES文件的有效运行，并不断在部门内完善FES文件中的相关程序及其应用。Responsible for the FES documents and IATF16949 standard related management, ensure the effective operating of the FES documents, and constantly perfect the FES relevant procedures and applications. 83 直属经理交给的其他临时任务。Other assignment from line manager.
任职资格Qualifications 理想候选人应具备以下The ideal candidate will have/be: 学历Minimum education level:
大学本科以上（含大学本科），机械制造、汽车、注塑模具设计，高分子材料或化工类专业Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive, injection design, polymer material engineering or chemical engineering major. 工作经验Experience : 2年以上相关产品设计开发工作经历Minimum 2 years or above experiences of product development. 技术及能力Skills and competencies 工作知识，分析问题和做决策，主观能动性，计划和组织能力，对质量关注，书面交流，口头交流，可靠性，委派和控制，具有团队精神。Qualification: knowledge , analysis and decision-making ,activity , ability of organization , quality concept , Minimum bi-lingual (English required) , strong written and oral communication skill , team spirit 熟练使用常用的办公软件和产品数据软件CATIA，UG。Be familiar with the Microsoft software.
