Prepare project timing plan to meet customer development timing requirement
编制项目开发计划，确保能满足客户开发进度要求
Strongly controls supplier timing and quality to ensure project milestone are done
对供应商开发进度及质量管控，确保满足项目开发进度
Sophisticated communication/negotiations skills with customer and supplier

Organize project meetings to track project status, find potential risks and counter measure should be available and coordinate team to solve project problem.
组织项目周例会，协调部门解决问题，提前发现潜在的风险并做好应对方案；
Timely Escalation when he can’t solve the problem
遇到无法解决的问题要及时升级处理；
Strictly control project overall Q, C, T, regularly review project cost and update profitability report.
严格控制项目质量、成本及进度，定期更新项目盈利性报告
Coordinate project team prepare customer required documents in time

Prepare PSW with customer according to project timing
根据项目开发进度，按时与客户签署PSW文件；

Ensures compliance with internal Benteler standards, processes, and procedures

Ensure a smooth execution of project under the consideration of customer specific agreement (e.g. audit requirement)
在考虑客户特定协议（如，审核要求）确保项目的通畅执行
Actualize and hand out on time the agreed upon management information documents.
及时实施递交管理层达成的信息文件
Actively take part in the project management process and timely finish necessary documents.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
Over 5 years project management experience in manufacturing, preferred E-mobilty tier 1 supplier
5年以上制造业项目管理经验，新能源一级供应商优先
Good english skills is a must
良好的英文能力
Excellent interpersonal problem solving skill and team spirit
良好的人际及问题处理能力以及团队协作能力
Familiar with SAP system
