岗位职责：
1.Emergency maintenance and typical problem solving, train maintenance technician. 紧急维修和典型问题解决，培训维修技师。
2.Responsible for training equipment inspection, operation and other operation documents, and supervise operators to operate according to standard. 负责设备检验、操作和其它操作文件的培训,监督操作者安排标准进行操作。
3. Responsible for organizing equipment work plan or regular inspection on maintenance plan implementation, tracking and confirming the effect. 负责组织设备工作计划，和维修实施情况、跟踪和效果确认的常规检查。
4.Proper suggestions and plans for continuous improvement of equipment, guide and supervise equipment engineers, equipment technicians and maintenance personnel on equipment improvement and reform work. 设备持续改进合理建议和计划，引导和监督设备工程师、设备技工在设备改进和改良方面的工作。 本岗位偏机械方面。

任职要求：
1.Well knowledge of electronical/hydraulic/mechanical technology 较好的电气/液压/机械技术知识。
2.Be familiar with Robot or automation technology 对机器人或者自动化技术熟悉。
3.Be familiar with CAD design tool 对CAD设计技术较熟悉 。
4.Be familiar with HPDC is better***具备HPDC工作经验。
5. Project implementations of Mechanical design. 机械设计的项目经验。
6. Large Equipment Installment大型设备的拆装维修经验。
