1) Make and roll-out of SHE and Fire strategy on head office level and its implement on plant level

2) Implements global/regional SHE requirements such as SHE management system, SHE qualification pro-gram, concepts and standards and drives continuous optimization of processes within the plant.

3) Ensures legal compliance on SHE and Fire; reviews legal changes with respect to plant specifications and adapts accordingly.

4) Ensures the effective and efficient use of resources (except of energy) and fosters working conditions with respect to health and safety.

5) Identifying and implementing SHE and Fire training programs for employees in order to sensitize employees for SHE topics。
确定SHE及消防培训项目，让员工掌握相关的SHE信息。
6) Ensures accurate and timely KPI and performance reporting on plant level; derives and initiates permanent corrective actions in case of deviations and monitors the implementation and effectiveness

7) Maintain SHE Management System in company level and enhance SHE culture. Prepare organization for internal and external audits by provision of training or other means or information.

8) Responsible for good communication with respective functions in Joint Venture government office as well.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Colleage or above, 3 years more working experience in SHE.
大学本科及以上， 三年及以上SHE工作经验。
Have good command of English speaking and writing. 具备良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力；
Personal behavior meets the value of company. 言行举止符合公司价值观的要求；
Good skills of communication and coordination skills; Principled strong;具备良好的人际交往和组织协调能力；原则性强；
Knowing well to the ISO 14001, ISO 18000, 熟悉ISO 14001, ISO 18000
Knowing well to the state or local related rugles and regulations. 熟悉国家和地方相关法律法规要求；
Good application to the Mic-soft. 熟练使用OFFICE软件
