Job Description: 1. Responsible for the construction and continuous improvement of the project management system, the whole process and key node management from project initiation to project closure, coordinated and promoted the work of related teams, and controlled the project progress, quality and risk; 2. Accurate understanding of customer needs, reasonable guidance of users, reasonable control of project boundaries, able to complete demand analysis and scheme design; 3. Proficient in VBA technology; Familiar with mainstream RPA technology, strong learning ability to quickly learn and transform customer business, and understand the transformation of customer business to software application; 4. Maintain user relations and improve customer satisfaction; 5. Responsible for project risk assessment, and solve quality problems and management problems encountered in the project; 6. Able to lead the team to refine and summarize the project results and turn them into products; Experience in BPO project process improvement in finance/HR/procurement is preferred.
Job Requirements: 1. College degree or above; At least 3 years relevant working experience (including team working time); 2. Proficient in project management process, more than 1 years experience in project management, experience as project PM is preferred; 3. Strong communication and coordination skills, planning and organization skills, monitoring and problem solving skills; 4.Experience in automation improvement project is preferred, PMP, project management experience is preferred.
