Resoinsibilities/职责
provide technical support in order to ensure on-time production and assembly of slewing bearings while fulfilling quality requirements
monitor executions of process flows
instruct and coordinate employees during technical problems with machines, tools and jigs
ensure on-time supply of tools and material to the work stations
coordinate prototype and pilot series productions, optimize production processes and conduct tool tests
process notifications and complaints in PDA and CAQ systems
implement lean and optimization measures



Job Requirements/任职资格
you have completed your master studies in the context of metal work
you have serval years of professional work experience in metal-cutting manufacturing of heavy-duty parts, especially with focus on rough / hard turning, milling and drilling
you have experience in gear cutting, induction hardening, assembly and surface treatment
you have very good MS Office skills
you are highly motivated to bring in your knowledge and experience into our new company
you have very good Chinese and good English language skills, both written and spoken? German language skills are welcome but not mandatory.
