Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily customs activities,prepare all documents and certificate for the import/export needed, work with related parties, i.e.supplier,customer, forwarder to solve customs issue and ensure efficient,cost effective,compliant and timely customs clearance.
2. Deliver customer oriented logisitcs solutions to internal/external customers.
3. Validate and defend the appropriate customs codes for import products with favourable policy of China Customs and optimize the cost for import/export material and equipment.
4. Ensurance compliance with government regulations and communication with all relevant government department and build up good relationship with them.
5. Deal with bonded logbook and related customs issue,work with financial department to ensure smooth legal operations when business applies.
6. Customs broker performance statistics and management.
7. Other tasks assigned by the superior

Qualification:
1. Be familiar with the policy of import&export in different authorities,i.e.customs,CIQ etc.with a strong customs clearance experience.
2. Be familiar with import&export operation process,including air/sea/train routing,transporation solution proposing etc.
3. A working experience in the mechanical industrial company is mandatory.
4. Certain knowledge of fiance and legal policy related to import&export,be familiar with the other counties regulation is preferred.
5. Capability to report clearly and assessment effectively.
6. Ability to adapt and learn quickly, highly motivated with a challenge spirit.
