DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES A high degree of independence is required on a day to day basis; Primary duties and responsibilities include the following: Abstracting critical and key information from leases and other contract documentation; Transferring abstracted information into various lease and portfolio database systems; Verifying and cross-checking abstracts, system content and other data to ensure completeness and accuracy; Liaising with internal and external contacts when required; Auditing and reviewing system reports for accuracy; Ensuring that the agreed procedures and process flows are strictly adhered to. Essential Requirements: University graduate or equivalent work experience in lease administration; Strong attention to details; good oral and written skill in English, Korean (good at reading) Good communication skill and account/ project management experience; Familiar with Real estate Leases and financial knowledge is score plus; Have similar experience work with database maintenances; A minimum of 1 or 2 years work experience; Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
