Responsibilities
1. Set up controlling method and tools with implementation for all investment projects (factory, equipment, etc.) in coordination with related departments
2. Define tools and systems as necessary measures to optimize the coming company operation, for example:
- set up KPI system with monitoring
- define budget system
- define Internal Control Procedure for internal business compliance
3. Support existing company projects and running business from controlling perspective (ensure all group reporting requirement to be fulfilled; improve financial controlling reports for higher transparency, etc.)
4. Other tasks assigned by the superior

Job Requirements
1. financial controlling / management accounting experience at an international industry company, or financial audit experience at an international audit company
2. project management experience
3. capability to keep a broad view while focus on details
4. critical thinking and pro-active working style
5. High level of responsibility
6. Teamwork attitude
