Team Leader Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day activities of the team from AR AP and GL Module, including Client Billing Management, Cash Allocation, Vendor Payment Review and Control, Month-end Accruals, month-end checklist review, all kinds of reporting preparation, and Audit support. FTE and PI management; SLA and QC management; Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. Cultivate team members to maximize their potential. Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team. Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team. Harmonized coordination with different internal or external stakeholders
Team Leader Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting.. Extensive experience in Financial end-to-end process. Minimum of 8+ years experience. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Confidence and skillful negotiating skills. Computer literate. Must be able to ‘own’ responsibilities and processes. Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
